| Sorry Shawn,
the first tech guy was wrong. The second guy fixed the problem:
"The post_max_filesize on the server was set to 8MB. I have increase it to 50MB which should resolve the case."
That did so... |

but the server is set at:
upload_max_filesize: 48M
post_max_size: 64M
