Apologies, I meant 3.1.2. What changed from 3.1.x to 3.2.x that broke theme's navbars?

Hey all. I manage several sites that are all running GS3.2.1. I don't know if it's a problem with my themes or what, but when I upgrade to 3.2.3, all of my navbars disappear. Any ideas?

I have it running online, hosted. It's odd, everything else works fine. GetSimple emailed me during setup, so that part works. Is there some testing or config you could have me try?

Upgraded my test website to 2.03, and having this plugin in the folder makes the site unusable. No code downloads, page cannot be displayed, ect.
