I found the answer to the problem
I moved the jquery-1.10.2.min.js script from footer.inc.php to header.inc.php, i.e. before the jquery.autocomplete.min.js script
great everything is fine |

The plugin displays "Internationalize content based on slug / URL names. Do not update!"
but the private page menus are still not... |
