can someone a create a random image/flash/gif rotator with a click counter / visible counter..

one page open - one image in promoted area with link, and counter of click in back -end

couple of promoted area..
different page.. different image - random..

im talking about script to manage a banners (multiple baners ) in service / changing it from a admin level..

in front-end when it will be active admin cookie... then counter is not working (check box in admin back -end panel)
