Simple rights permission function
#1
Dear Shawn,

I would say, that a very important feature for professional use would be a basic user management system.

Even a simple version, that hides page sections in backend (like the Multi User plugin does) would be helpful.

It must not even have a backend layout - permissions and logins (additional to admin) could also be set in an XML or text file or something like config.php.

I installed the "Multi User" plugin until now, but last update is more  than 6 years old now and I'm a bit worried it runs out of PHP-support some day.

Personal note: I'm mostly experienced in graphic design and frontend, so I can't offer developing support here - elsewhere I would do!
I have taken the liberty to post a corresponding question in the "Plugins" section.

Best regards and thanks for all the great work on GetSimple,
Holger
