I would like to suggest a plugin, somehow similar or very similar to this one http://get-simple.info/forum/post/27138/#p27138 , some of the function needed for an arcade plugin:

Upload .swf file
Use external url for .swf
Upload thumbnail
Use external url for thumbnails
Support for iframe embedding (for html5 games)
Game dimensions (if possible with one click autodetection)
Description field
Full screen option
