Ticket Support system

Hello!

I have some clients and I want to use a web based ticket system to bring them support.

I will use a system who:

* Easily intregrated with GS.
* Does not require MySQL.
* Free Software.

I don't look for any complicated solution, only a simple system. I think it will be great a GS plugin to do that, but I can not find any.

What do you recomend me?
What ticket system do you use?

did you search at hotscripts.com? There are quite some of these systems...

I would suggest to test first and then you can integrate it into GS as a menu item -link which links to the ticket system and not to a GS page
