Problems with i18n_navigation: PHP Fatal error

I really need help... I can't open my pages anymore to modify them
in the log it says:
[28-Oct-2015 17:34:22 Europe/Rome] PHP Fatal error:  Maximum execution time of 120 seconds exceeded in /web/htdocs/www.mysite.it/home/plugins/i18n_navigation/frontend.class.php on line 129

and if I try without  i18n_navigation It works...

 any help?

probably an infinite loop
maybe you have a cyclic parent child, or a missing parent.

Check your recent changes and maybe restore the page you changed

you can always check your pages.xml file to assist
