QUESTION inserting and editing drop down menus

Hello Simple peeps

I am creating my first website and I am not so great with code. So far I have made a logo and a drop-down mouse-over menu. In this menu there are affiliate names and upon mouse-over 3 promo codes are displayed which are links to that affiliate. These promo codes will change quite often and I am looking for a cms that will let me edit them easily and also drop a few blog posts to keep my content fresh.. Will Getsimple be a good tool for this? If not, what Cms would let me?

you can use components for your affiliate or a custom fields plugin
and use simple pages for blog or one of the blog plugins
