QUESTION Flowing text around image?

Is there an easy way to flow text around an image - eg a block of text with an image on the RHS - or do I have to roll my sleeves up and start using HTML, please?

In the CK Editor position the cursor, click on the image button, choose your image or thumbnail, give it some alt text and choose Alignment left or right and voila, job done, text wraps, like this: http://gs.cyberpress.biz/verti/four/
