Support for GREENLEAF theme

here is a theme i've create. greenleaf is ready to use with getsimple but this will be redesign soon.

I suggest to add Character encoding declaration in the template:

<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

and maybe a more detailed doctype declaration, but I think character encoding is essential.
