I'm sorry to say it, but it is currently still impossible to use special diacritic chars in URI's.

How exactly do you name your pages ?
In "file/URL" input field you shouldn't use diacritic characters, as those won't be recognized correctly by webservers.
Addons: blue business theme, Online Visitors, Notepad
