Slugs in non-latin characters

I wanted to request the following feature:
Creating custom URLs (slugs) in non-latin characters (like Hebrew)... It would be very cool if you add this feature!

Slug transliteration is supported by GetSimple, but you have to install a transliteration plugin for your language.
There's one for Hebrew in Extend: http://get-simple.info/extend/language/hebrew/42/
