I'm looking for a CMS to develop a simple mobile site, I think that GetSimple is a good one CMS.

I've seen the iGetSimple iPhone version theme and it like a lot.

¿Is available a simplest theme for generic mobile devices with variable screen width?

No, currently there are no themes shared that are made for mobile devices.

I think the best option is to create your own, or see if someone wants to make one for you.
