How to have full toolbar on ckeditor ?

I compare differents icons.png , which were all the same, not help.

Then i change the pad in plugins/news_manager/template/ckeditor.php also to the patch

now the icons fine.

Yeah i dont know why that icpns file is all messed up, we never fixed it.

I'll probably add support for GSCkePatch to News Manager.

I am considering releasing a core update with up to date ckeditor.
If it has issues we can patch it back out, or provide a legacy plugin or user instructions to revert it.

I cant imagine anyone wants cke 3.x at this point.
