File Management - UPLOADING files

I do not see any way to upload files via the admin panel. The only way to do this is manually to data/uploads/?

uncomment line 34 in gsconfig to make use of uploadify
define('GSNOUPLOADIFY', 1);

btw. change your browser to a modern one, and better suited for current web applications.

@arthur_a_keen - what is your setup? Do you have Flash installed? Javascript enabled? What version of IE are you using?

Just wondering because it looks like JS is enabled, but Flash is disabled (element got replaced by jQuery but yet never had the Flash replacement happen)

Chris, thank you. You are right, this is because I have no Flash installed on the computer. Everything is okay if I use a computer with Flash installed.
