Theme: Summer by Oleg
#1
privet Oleg,

my client wants to use the theme "summer" which I downloaded from the EXTEND
it looks good with I18N in firefox etc.
[Image: firefox5.jpg]
it looks absolutely ugly in IE8:

the ie.css is 0 bytes unfortunately

I took the ie.css from your website, http://without-db.ru/free

I deleted the comment in the template, so it is

Code:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="http://www......./theme/Summer/css/ie.css" />

do you have a working ie-css for me which works with GS 3.0 and I18N?

poka, Connie

Theme works fine with the plugin i18, you may need to reduce in ie8
http://chaga-mushroom.com/3/
can replace the code in the file main_menu.css
Code:
#main_menu ul {
  margin: 0;
  padding: 0 0 0px;
  list-style: none;
  position: relative;
  width : auto;
  height : 40px;
  }

privet Oleg,

thanks!

it is better now but there is still big difference to FF, the font is much toooo big

PS: I did a reset, and now it looks quite ok in IE:

Code:
h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6{font-size:100%;font-weight:normal;}
body {font:13px/1.231 arial,helvetica,clean,sans-serif;*font-size:small;*font:x-small;}
table {font-size:inherit;font:100%;}

Cheers, I am happy! Ja rada!

I used this template, with a good amount of modifications, for
www.lamichetta.it
(running association in Milano - Italy).
