Actually this scenario works fine for me.

I can copy and paste images and links inside column cells, I did notice you cannot select and copy tables themselves.

ctrl shift v doesn't work but Yes, it is OK with pasteFromWord thing.

I even made it with the entire Table, it works ! but...

CSS CLASS don't come with it...

Well, i guess this will be improved in the future.

Im sure it depends on the browser and OS, copy and paste are native operations, im sure some don't even support copying html.

Zekoolweb, are you using the "full" toolbar on the CKEditor (or a custom one that includes the Templates button)?
If so, you can make your table as a custom Content Template allowing your client to insert the table (or anything else) with a click of a button. You write the snippets of code yourself so can include any classes and ids.
http://docs.cksource.com/CKEditor_3.x/Us.../Templates
Just make sure to change the one option so that "Replace actual Contents" is UNCHECKED. (The tool was original meant to set a whole (blnank) page up, not inserting snippets like this.)

This isn't as flexible as being able to copy and paste everything on a whim, obviously, but it may solve some immediate issues for you.

Hi Raeven, this is good to know, thanks.

I'll try this.

Is there a plugin allowing to make our own "custom Content Template" ?

Without having to hard-code-it...

There's a plugin over here: http://get-simple.info/extend/plugin/gsconfig-ui/938/
But I don't know if it works with the new ckeditor.

You can also use the stylesheet parser plugin and a style sheet to set styles automatically, if that helps at all.

I still don't see a problem here in chrome, i can copy content exactly the way it is, including classes etc.

Yes it works ok, proper icons after upgrading from 3.3.8. No need to refresh cache, tested with Firefox and Chrome in the machine where I had this issue.
