Ah right..
The usual process is ,
o - create a folder for your theme in /theme/ call it whatever you want.
o - copy all files from the zip into this new folder.
o - go to the admin panel , Theme Tab, and in the dropdown select the them you have just installed.
That should be it, unless the theme itself has other configuration options but they should be in a readme or the instructions.
