How to give a 3rd parameter in the URL?

instead of "friends.com/flowers/daisyflower"

I'd like to have an extra category:

"friends.com/biology/flowers/daisyflower"

I tried %parent%/%parent%/%slug%/ under "Custom Permalink Structure" without success.

Any help appreciated.
