backend extremely slow

hi! Since some days the backend on different installations acts super slow. When I click for instance "plugins" it takes 10-20 minutes to load.

When I want to load p01-contact Plugin Settings, theres only a white blank box appearing...

I tried it on two different installations at the same hoster - it worked before...
Any ideas?
