Plug-In Question
#1
I've been adding various types of scripts, such as newsletter, calendars, shoutboxes into my sites. I usually store the scripts in a folder called, "myplugins." I add the scripts by including them into the head of template and calling it wherever I want it to appear in the template.

Since the plug in feature was introduced a short time ago, I've been wondering: Should I avoid doing things my way and attempt to create a plug-in from of the script that I like to use?

Just wondering if there is an advantage.

Many thanks.
