TINYMCE - incompatible with IE
CKEDITOR - poor documentaiton
SimpleCMS?
Looks promising: Need to use SimpleCMS with a textarea in an existing website and leave the rest of the pages completely alone. Can SimpleCMS do this?

TINYMCE method, with content

Lorum ipsum antage menesim, etc.
