PROBLEM Problem with layout

I dont know php well so I have a question to you.
I have some problem with my website layout.

Look on these two pages. On first one there is no border od right column.

I want layout like on this page.

When I create new page everything is ok, only on my index page is this problem.

Have you got any ideas how can I fix it?
