php get_theme_url(); showing localhost

Hi,

I'm new to get simple, had it working fine on my local machine, but when i move it to my webserver i can't get the themes to work, the following line:
php get_theme_url(); is always showing as localhost and not the domain name, so no style sheets etc are being used.

I may be missing something?

I am running this is on a windows server.
