How to have relative links

When I create links using the Link icon in the editor, it automatically create full links (http://www.my_domain.com/getsimple/index.php" for instance)
Is there a way to make it omit the domain by default (/getsimple/index.php in that example)?

This is with FrixelOne but I believe it is the case regardless of what theme is used.
