where to define custom styles in ckeditor?

Does anyone know where the code for styles are?
Blue title, Red title etc?

There is a lot of information for the CKEditor in the wiki, e.g. here.

I'm astonished of Mvlcek's respone, as I still haven no idea what ckedit has to do with css.

Anyway, I still have no idea what sort of styles is OP talking about.
Addons: blue business theme, Online Visitors, Notepad

it's all about this:

you can define the styles which you want to have in the list box ;=)
