in connection with the rejection of the use of flash, download stopped working, it is necessary each time to resolve, or add in your browser settings permit.
may be to use this instead of flash?

so now seems my browser http://prntscr.com/7tf8nb
it requires permission to use flash http://prntscr.com/7tf95u
After permitting the use of flash http://prntscr.com/7tf9lx
for each site requires a separate permit

What browser do you use?
Try to install a new version of Adobe Flash Player.

I know what to do, I can disable in gsconfig.php and authorize the use of this module in the browser, I'm just warning you about the awkward situations that may occur in all users.
I use Google Chrome.

Im sure users can just add their site to trusted sites, which it probably should be anyway.
Normally it falls back to normal form uploads, but only if flash is not installed, I have no idea what it does when its blocked or whatever browser that is does that.

Mozilla and Chrome have offically blocked flash from working by default over the last couple of days until Adobe can patch some serious flaws, might be something to do with this...
