First let's clear things up a little.

Besides GS, is GSC a new abbreviation ? Could it be: GetSimple CMS ?

What do you mean when you write: addon for GSC ?

1. addon for GSC, as you wrote it in your post  ?
2. or, addon for use in a web browser ?

Since there are no GS plugins labeled as Site Speed, nor as site speed or as sitespeed,
let me guess: addon for use in a web browser . . . .

So which addon could that be ? Mmmm  . . . how about: https://www.sitespeed.io/

So why didn't you put a link in your post in the first place ?
I think I get it . . . . it should be all obvious . . . . right ?

And no I haven't used Site Speed ever, nor have I used sitespeed.

Well, in my "opinion", if you can set up GS and are able to read you could simply just use Google Search Console or even gtmetrix. As stated before do you mean a plugin for GS or for the other service? That's the only other thing I can think that you meant was to write an addon for the third party service for GS.
