Ghost Pages - how to remove?

After setting up a new GetSimple site, I added a simple starter About page with two paragraphs and HTML tags around each. However, in my zeal, I put the HTML content in the Rich Text window. I select the text and deleted it. I selected Source and pasted the same content in the Source window.

When I saved and previewed the page it had the <p> and </p> tags surrounding the paragraphs. When I looked at the Source window it had the proper tags but had the entities also, < and >.

So I now have to entries in Page Management for an About file, the difference is that one has the slug

Hello, snooze! I've tried to repeat your activities, but I still have no problem with pages...
I'm not sure, but I think you may try to look for these pages manually in your /data/pages directory and then remove them manually.
