I wrote this theme today. It's my first theme, and I followed a lot of structuring from insAcademy so thank you! Feel free to give me feedback. I tested it in a lot of browsers and it's worked fine. It's the main theme I use on my main website. There I have GS Socialize, mootools uvmi menu and a few other plugins in play, so you can see that it's easily scalable to whatever you want it to be. I just like really dark colors!

I'm pretty new to using jquery and javascript, I included a twitter feed as well as some slimbox2 features, that are pretty easy to customize, and the menu is pretty easy to customize as well. here is a demo:

Well, being pedantic... :-)

The HTML Validator plugin for Firefox claims 11 errors, but mostly missing alt attributes and tag closures in images.
