Hi

I've just tried your Youtube plugin and am being stupid and can't get it to work. ;{

I've added the PHP to the plugins dir in v3.3.16, activated it, and I now get an extra tab for the plugin.

I go to Youtube, find the full URL, select just the section after the v= and paste that onto a new blank page. I set the size to be 50%.

If I 'view' the page I see the player OK, but when I hit the 'Play' button I get an error.

An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: OOv4BRKtS7vJNg0-)

The ID changes on each refresh.

You tube URL looks like:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Hk1MDcfTjU&t=104s

and short code like this..

{% 1Hk1MDcfTjU&t %}

Seems the same with various Youtube clips.

Any suggestions as to where I might look to fix this please?

Many thanks

David

Later /// Ah, but *does* work with your sample URL..

{% rr0gvSS1OzE %}

Very odd.

and later still //

OK, it seems that some YT video have a URL format like v=xxxxxx=160 as opposed to the 'normal' v=xxxxxx type. The former don't seem to work, but later do!

Problem solved - great plus in - many thanks.
