problem with accents on logout message

hello,

I detected that in the Logout message (on index.php) there are a problem of emphasis.(in spanish language)
Does not display the entire message because it finds the ampersand in the url.

Should show "Has cerrado la sesión" but displays "Has cerrado la sesi ".
I can propose to include urlencode () on line 21 of file admin / logout?

I have verified that this solves the problem.
And also: why shows "username" and "password" in English, if have selected the Spanish language?
(when should show "usuario" and "contraseña")
I do not know if the same with other languages that is not English ..

(Only when you enter the first time. After not happen again.. until empty cache)

i think i fixed this in an earlier patch for 3.1. I no longer send the error message thru the URL - so this should be fixed now.

sorry for the delay in seeing this.... not sure how i missed it
