Color picker for CSS

I created a plugin to edit the colors of the css files of the themes of GS.

maybe is not very useful .. but now it is done.

If the plugin is activated, it displays a color selector when selecting a color in the editor theme css file.

I found a bug with mouse events ..
I will fix it ..
