German translation of the GS language file (deutsche GS-Übersetzung)

Connie and I have set up a repo for our German translation file at GitHub (https://github.com/getsimple-de/deutsche-sprachdatei). We formerly hosted the file in my personal account on GitHub, but have recently set up an account for GS-related stuff.

We will regularly update the German language file in Extend. Feel free to contribute!
