News Manager - FACY URLS Support implemented

I managed today to implement FACY URLS Support for News Manager Plugin. Code is not clean and perfect 100%, need Mod Rewrite improvements, but tested on Locahost , Win OS and working. Take a look at code changes. I use news page as parent so if you have some other change it in plugin and .htaccess that fits your needs.
