BUG REPORT /admin/install.php fail when NO SMTP server available

Back @Get Simple , ( last visited: 07-05-2014 :O)  )

Installation fails /admin/setup.php:157 when NO mail server has been able to fullfil $status  = sendmail($EMAIL,$subject,$message);

then at line:183 ::

Fortunately whe have 'NOTE_REGERROR' from  /admin/lang/en_US.php 

So the trick is to fix/update be more verbose at line 35 of en_US.php :

Now I'm going to translate/update the fr_FR.php and continue to discover the new features of GetSimple since I used it last time end of 2014
