PROBLEM changedata.php This page isn’t working

New guy here. I've only installed HTMLy so far on XAMP on Linux Mint 19.3

Everything is CHMODed to 777 
ReWrite is setup

Restarted XAMP

When I try to create test page I get the error in the subject.
