1 Clean up the code
2 I18n Implimentation
3 Main Menu Nesting for sub-pages
3 Multi-level page hierarchy
4 A way to link an uploaded file to a page (via the editor)
5 Print pages on frontend http://code.google.com/p/hartija/
6 Maybe a sticky footer http://www.cssstickyfooter.com/?

Not needed yet but in the future - Add Texttile as an editor choice
Not needed yet but in the future - Implementation of javascript checker for unsaved changes in edit screen
Not needed yet but in the future - Simple way to easily change the administrative panel's theme/colors
Not needed yet but in the future - "Remember me" login checkbox
After every code cleaning is done - Plugin capability

We need to choose icons for the admin interface, I think http://www.icofree.com/icons/Web%20Icons/187/ is good

But everything else is good

i like that... i do agree with your #1 and #2 points. I would probably move your #4 to be next in line after those two though.

The print framework... wouldn't this be more for the theme developers? I guess we could host the framework's css file and link to it when the theme developer calls the get_header(); template tag.
