zlib backup as alternative to ziparchive really in 3.0?

The http://get-simple.info/wiki/installation:requirements mentions that zlib will be used if ziparchive is not installed. but i can't see much evidence that this is the case

did this not get included in 3.0 or do I have to enable it somehow? thanks

you found a bug in the documentation - it was added for 3.1... i've updated the wiki. Sorry for the confusion
