Style info not happening
#1
Hi folks, Nifty app. This is perfect for what I need.

Here is my problem. I had a programmer retool the default template. You can see it here http://www.cezarykubel.com/clients/nigel/trepeck/app/

this posed a few issues with things being so many levels deep. Now that I have moved it and changed the base url, I am not getting any style info at all. We simply modified the default template.

http://www.chicagodebtsolutions.com/index.php I got nothing. If I change the page template to contact. I get a few pieces of it though.

Can someone please help me sort this out. It is a bit mission critical. I think I am missing something obvious. It seems the server does not have mod_rewrite flagged so I have to have them turn that on but its off in the admin panel currently.

thanks,
Nigel

Edit: I think I may have this sorted shortly. I found some odd paths that did not get changed when I moved it and changed the base url. It is sort of running on a crappy server. I will pop back in if I have further issues.

Hi, I got this bit sorted. I had a few weird permissions. I had to manually change a path in template.php

thanks,
Nigel

Yep, this looks like the typical issue of a bad url for a stylesheet. Instead of trying to figure out relative paths (../../style.css), you could always use a hard coded link (http://mydomain.com/style/hereitis.css).
Clients always want to be able to change the content of their pages, but they are unwilling to do so.

Have you ever coded in your underwear before?
