HTML template engine

Hi,

I'm new to GetSimple and like the interface very much.

However, I'd like to know if I can do some HTML templating and tag replacement. Something like:
http://www.tinybutstrong.com

If this feature isn't within GetSimple or any of its plugins, can anyone suggest how to elegantly include a PHP-HTML templating engine such as TBS within GetSimple?
