Issue saving changes in admin area

I have a problem, a big one!
I have 3 installs of getsimple 3 on my server. One is the latest 3.1.1 and two are 3.1 (3.1.0 i guess?) anyway when I hit the Save button on anything on it, it says "Your changes to EXAMPLE have been saved. Undo" but then after a refresh those changes are not showing up as if I never typed it in! Changes also do not show up on the actual site. I'm using CloudFlare, but enabling Development mode didn't help. I even tried using a different DNS provider (the standard DNS from my registrar) and it didn't help!

My server specs are as follows (I got this from the admin panel of one of the installs of get simple)...

What do you mean after a refresh ? Does Save not refresh the page ?
Are you using any ajax plugins or anything.
Do you have autosave on ?

Here's what I mean:
1. I edit the contents of a page
2. I click the save button
3. I view the actual page.
4. the changes are not there
