page disappear from admin "pages" panel

Hi, i recently installed getsimple on m local xampp to check if can suit my needs, i hope so, but i just check a bug: a default page "contact" disappeared just after i used the news manager plugin on that page; i swhitch back the option to let display news on the index page, but the contact page is disappeared from the list.
i can access the page via the front-end, but can't manage it; also the layout is screwed before i used the news manager.
