change width custom admin css

Hi there,

I would like to get the following done: have the adminpages displayed in full width:

this is what I got now:


and this is what I would like:


I have used the Custom Admin CSS plugin but I cant seem to figure out how to make the pages stretch on the backend of this awesome CMS.
