custom_fields browse images not working

I've developed a few sites using GS and have had no real problems apart from one which involves selecting an image using the 'browse' button when set up as a custom field. A new window opens but nothing ever loads.

It works perfectly on a Mac in all browsers but on Windows it seems to be hit and miss - sometimes it works, sometimes not.

I've looked through this site and have seen similar issues reported but these are for a previous version and the solution (have sitewide cookies enabled (in gsconfig.php)) doesn't make any difference, although this is probably because its been depreciated.

I've attached a screenshot of what I'm seeing and here is the specification of what I'm running:

Get Simple version 3.1.2
I18N Base Version 3.0.2
Custom Fields Version 1.8.2
I18N Version 3.0.5
I18N Special Pages Version 1.0
I18N Search Version 2.8

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

ensure the sire URL in settings is the same as the site your going to .

e.g, if your going to www.yoursite.com/admin
make sure the setting is www.yoursite.com and not yoursite.com. (www must be present)
