Special HTML characters in sitename
#1
Hello,

this is more bugreport then question.

Scenario:
During install process is user asked for sitename. User will choose as a sitename word with special character like á, í, ä, ô, š, č, ť... you name it. This characters are used for example in Central Europe.

This sitename is written to the data/other/website.xml file.
After this user will see infinite loop and browser will stop loading (at least Firefox will).
Ok, i found a workaround: you must replace friendly code (&aacuteWink with numerical HTML code (áWink

Then site will work again. But what is ugly when user want to change his password he is forced to visit settings page, and CMS will replace numerical code with friendly code. Site is out of order.
