Hello, Please be aware this is a known issue with hosting from EIG Companies. EIG, or Endurance International Group, owns Bluehost, JustHost, HostMonster, and many other hosting companies that have a lousy reputation for oversold and slow web hosting services.
We just had this issue with a Bluehost customer at the thread http://get-simple.info/forum/topic/4723/...lare-spam/ and were unable to solve it. Please read through that thread and see if anything in there helps you.

Next time, look for a host that doesn't promise "unlimited" disk space and bandwidth which is obviously impossible Wink
