Edit individually content. Plugin or Code... Is it possible?

I need something like a plugin or code, Is possible than my client can edit your content?

I mean, I have a portal with GetCMS where I have differents pages for differents clients, like MyCms.com/ClienteOne - and another one MyCms.com/ClienteTwo ...

I want than my cliente "One" can edit your content at /ClientOne --And, the second client can edit your content /ClientTow too... Just your content without access for another pages and contents for another clients or my template... Is it possible?

install GS two times under /ClientOne and /ClientTwo directories, and your clinets will be able to manage all of theirs pages content independently.
Otherwise search for multi user plugin, although I have no idea if you will be able to assign an user ability to edit certain page or at least menu tree.
