Problems migrating site

Hi, I needed to migrate a site, but I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error after copying the folder to a new site.

I guess it's because I haven't gone to the Admin panel beforehand and, in settings, change the Website URL, but this is because I can't actually access the site any more due to the domain name company suddenly finishing their service. Is there a way I can access this manually, like in one of the configure files?

I did manage to change the RewriteBase in .htaccess though.

Or rename .htaccess file in root dir, and try to log into the admin panel.
